This is the sad sad empty space of the best grocer in Liverpool City centre that has been demolished after many years of trading - They blame Tesco who opened a store opposite them. I loved that stall.

M. Ward

M.Ward is a hero of mine and a big influence on my work (and life I suppose)..

If you don't know about him already your in for a treat... I saw him in Manchester last year... he was close enough to touch and I was touched. He played a cover of David Bowie's (another of my heros) Lets Dance, and in the songs breaks I could hear his footsteps across the stage. Well.. It was something else, i've never forgotten it, hearing his weight in the world.
